At Arbor Creek Homeowners Association, we pride ourselves on keeping our residents connected through events and activities. We are proud of our community engagement, and through our website and mobile app, we keep everyone informed about area happenings, maintenance, security, events, and more.
Arbor Creek is a medium size community of single family and town homes in Holly Springs, NC. The townhomes have a separate sub-association responsible for the maintenance of the common areas specific to the townhomes as well as the maintenance of the townhome buildings.
The single-family homes are situated on private lots and offer a variety of home styles and designs. The townhomes are set apart from the single-family homes. Many of the townhomes provide convenient off-street parking and private patios.
The community features three playgrounds and a large pool with a separate “kiddie pool”. There is an attractive clubhouse next to the pool which may be rented by property owners for private parties. The community’s amenities are available to owners of both townhomes and single family homes.
The community is located minutes from I-40 and I-540 which provide easy access to Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Durham and RTP’s diverse cultural attractions and entertainment venues. The Streets at Southpoint shopping mall and its many fine stores and restaurants are only 30 minutes away. RDU International Airport is also close by.
